Exchanges & Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return or exchange an item, please note the following:

Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaged as received.

This policy applies to full-priced items only. Sale items are final sale unless found to be faulty.

Customised items from the J2wellery Bar are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Returns or exchanges can be done in-store, or via courier at the customer’s own expense
Faulty items:
If your item is faulty, you have up to 2 months from the date of purchase to return it
All pieces are checked before shipped however sometimes a fault may be missed
General wear and tear from regular wear is not considered a fault.

Discolouration or fading of plating over time is considered normal especially when exposed to perfumes, creams, water and sweat. Unfortunately, these are not deemed replaceable.
Customers are responsible for any courier costs for returning faulty items.
Returned items will be checked and if deemed faulty, J2wellery will repair, replace, or refund the item.
J2wellery reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the item does not meet our return policy criteria or if it's determined that care instructions were not followed.
